1. What can I ask about and how many questions in a tarot reading? 

Anything! As long as it is NOT about life coming into the world or leaving, your health or the health of someone else, lottery, your spirit guides or invading the privacy of someone else. Amount of questions for each reading is what you've chosen if there is the drop down to choose, else it is only one question per reading.

2. Do you offer returns/refunds?

No refunds available, all sales are final, no exchanges. 

3. Does my reading get posted on social media?.

NO. The only people that see your questions and the answer to the reading is the tarot reader and yourself (through the email you use at checkout). * Unless you've ordered the live on YouTube reading

4. How long to receive my Personal Reading orders? 

Please allow 12-24 hours not including CST/CDT time weekends for your order to be completed. Not including  the central time zone weekend. Please make sure to check your junk mail ! 

5. How do I get the extended readings link after I purchased it?

The link will be sent in your order confirmation email. Click the clickable text in your confirmation email that says "Click here to watch" to be taken directly to unlisted YouTube video. Please do not share the link with anyone that has not paid for the reading.

 

6. I did not get a confirmation email from my order:

You're confirmation email should arrive no later than 5 minutes after checking out. Most often this was the case of incorrectly entering your email and in that case we won't have a way to reach out to you do deliver your order.  Please reach out to us via email and not a social media platform to make sure we receive your message and can correct the email. 8. How long does it take to get an item ?

Manifestation items and Crystals are placed in the postal system within in 1-3 business days and can take 6-10 additional business days to arrive to your location depending on the shipping option that was selected at time of checkout. *Any discount for free shipping is standard basic tracked shipping only.

9. Bracelet care recommendations: 
It is recommended that our handmade bracelets be removed prior to showering or swimming to maintain their best quality.

10. Packages/Shipping

Temperance and Sage Limited is not liable for packages once they have been transferred to a shipping courier. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. Unless the option of tracking is chosen at the time of purchase, tracking is not provided. Temperance and Sage Limited is not liable for any items seized by customs.
