Energy Boost Spell Jar

What You’ll Need

Core Items

  • Small clear glass jar with lid
  • Orange or yellow candle
  • Small piece of paper & pen for your intention

Herbs for Energy

  • Peppermint – refreshes the mind & body
  • Ginger – adds warmth, movement & stimulation
  • Rosemary – supports focus, memory & concentration

Crystals for Vitality

  • Carnelian – boosts motivation, courage & vitality
  • Clear quartz – amplifies energy & sharpens focus

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1
Cleanse your jar and ingredients using sage, incense, or any method you prefer. As you cleanse, imagine tiredness, heaviness, and stagnant energy lifting out of your space.
  2. 2
On your paper, write a clear intention such as:
“I am energized, motivated, and focused.”
Fold the paper toward you and place it at the bottom of the jar to anchor the spell.
  3. 3
Add peppermint, ginger, and rosemary into the jar. With each herb, visualize your body waking up, your mind becoming alert, and your motivation gently sparking back to life.
  4. 4
Place carnelian and clear quartz inside the jar. Imagine their energy turning up your inner “brightness,” helping you feel more driven, present, and ready to act.
  5. 5
Seal the jar by dripping wax from your orange or yellow candle over the lid. As you do, picture a warm, golden light filling your body from head to toe, recharging you from the inside out.
  6. 6
Place the jar somewhere you’ll see it when you need a boost—by your desk, coffee station, bedside table, or wherever you start your day.
When you hit an energy slump: Hold your Energy Boost Spell Jar, take a few deep breaths, and repeat your intention. Then choose one small action to take next—let the jar help you move from stuck to gently in motion.
