Step-by-Step Instructions

1Gently cleanse your jar and ingredients using incense, sage smoke, or any cleansing method you prefer. Imagine tension and stagnant energy lifting away.

“I release anxiety and welcome stillness and peace.”
Fold the paper toward you and place it at the bottom of the jar. -
