- Rose Quartz – classic stone for love and emotional repair
- Amethyst – offers protection, clarity, and spiritual support
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
1Cleanse your jar and materials with smoke, sound, or any method you like. Imagine old, heavy energy dissolving and making space for healing.
-
2On your paper, write an intention such as:
“I release this heartbreak and open my heart to gentle, healthy love—starting with myself.”
Fold the paper toward you and place it in the bottom of the jar. -
3Add your herbs: rose petals, lavender, and chamomile. With each pinch, picture your heart softening, being held, and gradually mending.
-
4Place your crystals into the jar. Visualize rose quartz wrapping your heart in warmth while amethyst creates a boundary of safety and clarity around you.
-
5Close the lid and light your pink or red candle. When you feel ready, drip wax over the lid to seal the jar, focusing on your intention for healing and self-love.
-
6Keep the jar somewhere comforting—on your altar, bedside, or a safe place where you can see it often. Let it be a visual reminder that your heart is in the process of healing.
How to work with it: When waves of sadness or longing hit, hold the jar in both hands, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your intention. This ritual does not replace professional support, but it can be a tender, witchy tool in your emotional healing toolkit.
